1) Function: for testing the voltage breakdown performance and voltage withstanding performance of winding wire insulation at room temperature; can cooperate with plexiglass tank to complete dynamic or static voltage breakdown performance test and voltage withstanding performance under brine or glycerol;

10) During the test, breakdown voltage can be tested when the sample is stationary or withstand voltage when the sample moves;
11) When static breakdown voltage test is carried out, the wire sample with effective distance of 1 meter is immersed in brine water (or glycerol), and the automatic boost (maximum 15KV) is started by pressing one button. The breakdown value is recorded automatically in the voltmeter;
12) During the moving withstand voltage test, the tester do automatic take-up (30m) with take-up speed 16m/min, withstand voltage can be set 0-15KV; after voltage is broken down, the tester is automatic step-down and stop take-up, saving the voltage value. If no breakdown occurs within 30 meters, the voltage will automatically drop and the test ends.
