Flat Wire Bending Tester WWQ-I
WWQ-I is a test instrument by using bending test rods with different diameter to detect the flexibility and adhesiveness of the specimen by bending time-diameter wide or narrow edges less than 16mm of all kinds of enameled flat wire, paper wrap wire, glass fillet flat wire, film wrapping flat wire and the corresponding copper and aluminum flat wires.
1) Main frame of the bending machine, including machine 1# (for wide edge bending) and machine 2# (for narrow edge bending)

Length of rotating arm: machine 1# 360mm;
machine 2# 450mm；

Tower-shape rod × 2 φ3.4～φ53mm；
Round rod (standard time-diameter)×121 φ4.0～φ80mm；
